DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS
GUESTS
Guests are welcome to accompany you to the studio. However, to maintain a safe and focused environment, only clients receiving a service may enter the treatment area. Guests are kindly asked to wait in the designated seating area near the studio entrance.
PETS
Due to the building’s community policy, pets are not permitted inside the studio. Service animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law. We appreciate your understanding.
BOOKED SERVICES
Please make sure the service selected when booking matches the service you would like to receive. Significant changes on the day of your appointment may affect the time available and could prevent us from completing the requested service. If you are unsure what to book, please contact us before your appointment so we can help.
BUILDER GEL OVERLAY
A builder gel overlay is included with all nail services to provide added strength, structure, and lasting wear.
PRODUCT FROM OTHER SALONS
For the safety of your natural nails and the best possible retention, we do not perform services over products applied by another salon. Because we cannot confirm which products or techniques were previously used, all existing product must be completely removed before we begin. An additional removal fee applies to work from another salon.
GEL-X REPAIRS
Gel-X repairs are available only for sets originally completed at BeamBeam Studio and must be scheduled within three weeks of the original appointment. Extensions with significant lifting may need to be completely removed and replaced to protect the natural nail and ensure proper retention.
ADJUSTMENTS
If you experience lifting, a missing charm, or another issue that may require an adjustment, please contact us within seven days of your appointment. Requests made after this period may be subject to a repair fee or require a new appointment.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who have previously missed an appointment without notice may be required to pay in full in advance when booking future appointments.
LASH EXTENSION FILLS
To qualify for a fill, an appropriate amount of lash extensions must remain. If there are insufficient extensions remaining or excessive outgrown lashes, the appointment may need to be changed to a full set. Foreign fills are not accepted.
PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP
Clients with existing permanent makeup must disclose it before booking and may be asked to submit clear, unfiltered photos or schedule an in-person consultation. If the remaining pigment is too dark, saturated, or uneven, the service may be declined or removal may be recommended. Final eligibility will be determined after an evaluation.
PRE-CARE & AFTERCARE
Please read and follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions carefully. Proper preparation and healing care are essential for your safety and final results. If complications or poor retention occur because the instructions were not followed, our ability to provide further assistance may be limited.
PREGNANCY & KELOID SCARRING
Permanent makeup services are not performed on clients who are pregnant or who have a history of keloid scarring. Please disclose any known healing or scarring concerns before booking.
COLD SORES
Clients with a history of cold sores must inform us before scheduling lip blush and consult a licensed medical provider regarding appropriate preventive antiviral treatment. BeamBeam Studio cannot prescribe or recommend medication. Lip blush cannot be performed during an active outbreak, and the appointment must be rescheduled until the area is completely healed.
SKIN CONDITIONS & ACTIVE INFECTIONS
The treatment area must be healthy and free from active irritation, rashes, open wounds, infections, or cold sores. If any of these conditions are present, the appointment may need to be postponed for your safety.
MEDICAL DISCLOSURE
Please inform us before your appointment of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, recent cosmetic procedures, or other circumstances that may affect healing or treatment eligibility. Medical clearance may be requested when appropriate.
